Position 2: IT Specialist (with Graphic Design and Content Creation Skills)

· Responsibilities: Manage ASN’s website and online platforms, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure cybersecurity, create visual content for marketing materials, social media, and the website.

· Qualifications: IT expertise, proficiency in graphic design software, knowledge of web development and maintenance, innovative mindset, robust portfolio.

· Initial Evaluation Period: 3 months (remote)

Position 3: Event Coordinator

· Responsibilities: Organize and execute ASN events, oversee logistics, and engage with vendors and venues.

· Qualifications: Experience in event planning, excellent organizational skills, ability to oversee multiple projects.

Position 4: ASN Country Coordinator Role 

The Country Coordinator role is a crucial position within the Alumni Social Network (ASN), responsible for orchestrating the network's expansion and engagement activities within a country. This role is vital in fostering a robust alumni community, enhancing professional and personal development among members, and spearheading local charitable initiatives.

Responsibilities

· - Onboarding and training new members about ASN's mission, benefits, and community activities.

· - Planning and organizing ASN's charitable events and business networking sessions.

· - Mapping and appointing local leaders for various ASN events and initiatives.

· - Regular reporting on events, activities, and overall progress to ASN's global headquarters.

· - Engaging with local alumni to foster community and increase active participation.

Position 5: Marketing Specialist

· Responsibilities: Formulate and execute marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and analyze market trends.

· Qualifications: Marketing background, familiarity with digital marketing tools, data-centric approach.

· Initial Evaluation Period: 3 months (remote)
